How Vantage branding helped ThoughtFull build a unified and trusted brand experience

ThoughtFull was built to serve insurers, employers, and individuals—three audiences with completely different definitions of trust. The identity work focused on uncovering what they shared and building a brand flexible enough to resonate with each, without losing coherence.

Who is ThoughtFull?

Who is ThoughtFull?

Based in Singapore and operating across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, ThoughtFull is a digital mental health company built for the way people actually live. Users get self-serve tools they can pick up anytime, plus daily, bite-sized one-on-one coaching with certified mental health professionals—no hour-long sessions, waiting rooms, or friction. As the company expanded, its brand began to fragment, making it important to communicate a more unified and credible narrative to its varied audiences.

Where ThoughtFull stood before

ThoughtFull was growing across multiple touchpoints, creating an opportunity to unify its brand experience. Its identity had developed in silos, resulting in varied expressions across logo, fonts, colours, imagery, collaterals, websites, presentations, social media, and the mobile app.In a category as sensitive and trust-driven as mental healthcare, this variation highlighted the need for greater consistency. Different stakeholder groups—insurers, employers, and individuals— experienced different interpretations of the brand, creating room to strengthen clarity and consistency.Vantage was engaged to bring structure and alignment across this growing ecosystem; to translate ThoughtFull’s vision into a brand that could hold together across audiences, platforms, and future growth.

Where ThoughtFull stood before

Building the ThoughtFull brand system

Vantage approached the engagement by first establishing a clear strategic foundation. The brand was anchored in the positioning, “Simplifying mental health for your growth,” supported by three defining values: Effortlessly Simple, Pioneering Efficacy, and Inspiring Growth.

This established a clear narrative that resonated with both corporate stakeholders and end users, while reinforcing ThoughtFull’s commitment to accessible, effective care.

The visual identity followed naturally from that thinking. The logotype was refined so that the two lowercase l’s in Thoughtfull quietly form a heart. Subtle and intentional.

A small detail that carries the whole idea of continuous care without saying a word. Messaging frameworks were built alongside it, giving each audience a version of the story that felt relevant to them. Internal workshops ensured the brand was consistently adopted by the teams responsible for bringing it to life.

    Bringing it all together

Though the public rollout of ThoughtFull’s new branding was set for January 2025, the internal launch had an immediate impact. It lifted staff morale and created a strong sense of pride across the company. The unified brand experience also strengthened ThoughtFull’s credibility across insurers, employers, and individuals, positioning the company for its next phase of growth as a Temasek-backed digital mental health leader in Asia. ThoughtFull is now more than a cleaner logo—it has a brand its teams and audiences can trust. Inconsistency is rarely a design problem. It is a structural one. Without a clear system holding things together, even strong products can struggle to communicate clearly. This work reflects what happens when strategy and execution are aligned from the ground up. A unified brand builds trust, gives teams a shared language, and ensures every interaction feels consistent, regardless of where it shows up. Vantage helps bring that clarity into focus. It defines the strategic foundation, builds cohesive identity systems, and ensures they are applied consistently across every expression of the brand.
