First, does your company meet 3 criteria?

1.
Business entity registered and operating in Singapore

2.
Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership

3.
Company is financially ready to start and complete the project

The grant is administered by Enterprise Singapore and provides funding support for Strategic Brand and Marketing Development that help differentiate your brand and marketing offerings through strategies that better capture your target audience and extend your reach.

No, you cannot commence any projects before the grant has been approved.
How long does it take to get an approval?
A complete submission will usually take 8—12 weeks from the time you submit your project application.
